How to find?              
Fossóll is by road no. 1
 
From Akureyri: Leave Akureyri on road no. 1 heading for Húsavík/Lake Mývatn.  After about 50 km (after leaving Eyjafjörður fjord) you arrive at Fosshóll next to Goðafoss waterfall.
 
From Reykjahlíð village at lake Mývatn: Leave Reykjahlíð village on road no. 1 heading for Akureyri.  After about 50 km you arrive at Fosshóll next to Goðafoss waterfall.
 
From Húsavík: Leave Húsavík on road no. 85 heading for Akureyri.  After about 20 km then road no. 85 takes a left turn, do NOT take that turn, but continue into road no. 845. Stay on road no. 845 for about 17 km when you need to take a right turn into road no. 1.  Continue for about 10 km (passing Fljótsheiði heath) and then you arrive at Fosshóll next to Goðafoss waterfall.
