Hotel Dyrhólaey is by road no. 1
 
From Vík village: Leave Vík heading to Reykjavík on road no. 1. After about 12 km you have Brekkur farm (hotel Dyrhólaey) on your right (up on the hill).
 
From Hvolsvöllur village: Leave Hvolsvöllur heading to Vík on road no. 1. Stay on road no. 1 for about 68 km and you have Brekkur farm (hotel Dyrhólaey) on your left (up on the hill), some 12 km before you come to village Vík.
